COMMERCIAL WORK DESCRIPTION

OFFICE & FOYER AREAS :

1. Vacuum all furniture, lighting, cushions, moving couch and chairs
2. Dust and polish wood surfaces
3. Dust window sills, fixtures, bookcases
4. Vacuum carpet, corners, ceilings
5. Wipe down soiled walls and moldings, baseboards

BATHROOMS:

1. Wipe down all ceramic walls and fixture areas
2. Clean all mirrored surfaces
3. Scrub floors with a disinfectant cleaner
4. Clean toilets in and out
5. Scrub shower and/or tub with appropriate cleaner

HALLWAYS:

1. Vacuum carpets/runners thoroughly, corners, ceilings
2. Wipe down all soiled walls and moldings baseboards
3. Damp mop wood floors

KITCHEN AND PANTRY/BAR:

1. Strip stove, thoroughly wash with degreaser
2. Wipe down cabinet fronts and counter tops to remove soil grease and fingerprints
3. Wash floor with appropriate detergent. Wax when needed
4. Wipe down all electric appliances and light fixtures

FLOOR CARE & OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Maintained on regularly scheduled program as desired by customer.

Vinyl floors: Strip all old wax, sealer and stains. Apply sealer. Apply high traffic or standard wax. Buff and maintain wax.

Hardwood floors: Cleaned and condition removing stains and scuffs to surface restoring shine and scuff resistance

Carpet, rug and upholstery: Shampooed and stain remover applied. Deodorizer and stain resistance product applied.

Windows: Cleaned print resistant product applied. All trims and borders cleaned. Screens cleaned and deodorized.

Restaurant and cooking area: All stoves, ovens, hoods and vents degreased and cleaned. All stainless appliances, shelves and walls degreased and cleaned. Rubber Mats scrubbed and deodorized.
